These are practical operating terms for SecureTransfer. They are not legal advice; consult legal counsel for production terms specific to your organization or jurisdiction.
Acceptance
By using SecureTransfer, you agree to these terms and to use the service responsibly.
Service description
SecureTransfer provides browser-side encrypted file transfer with expiring links, optional download limits, and no required recipient account.
User responsibilities
- You must have the right to upload and share the files you transfer.
- You must not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
- You must not abuse, attack, overload, or disrupt the service.
- You are responsible for keeping share links secure.
- You understand that anyone with the full link and key can access the transfer.
Acceptable use
You may not use SecureTransfer for malware distribution, illegal content, harassment, abuse, intellectual property infringement, or attempts to attack or disrupt the service.
Expiry and deletion
SecureTransfer is not permanent storage. Transfers expire, may be deleted, and may become unavailable after configured expiry or download limits.
Payments
Paid transfers, when used, are charged through Stripe. Prices are shown before payment. Payment may enable larger transfers or longer storage. For payment issues, contact Clevero AB through clevero.se.
